Iyengar Yoga

 

 

Larissa McGoldrick now teaches Iyengar Yoga classes online on Zoom. Larissa is a Senior 3 Iyengar Yoga teacher and was personally given her Senior 3 certificate by Geeta Iyengar in Pune, India.  She has been teaching since 1996 in New York City, Arizona, Indiana, London, Hertfordshire, Oxfordshire, and South Korea.  

 

Her group classes cover beginners, general and intermediate levels. A few props are required such as a sticky mat, blankets, belt, and bricks.  Larissa has been seeing some fantastic results from her Long Covid recovery class, that has been running since November, so please get in touch if you are in Covid recovery.

Monday in person at The Oak House, Hatfield 9.30 general level and 10.45 chair yoga

Thursdays - Zoom (General & Intermediate) 6-7:30 pm

Friday - Zoom, Long Covid Recovery Class 10-11 am

Group class prices:  

  • 1 hour £10.00

  • 1.5 hour £12.00

Private classes £50/hour

  • You further understand that you take full responsibility for participating in and completing the recommended yoga positions to the best of your ability.
